This website is a static catalog — it does not run its own database or user accounts. Enquiry details you send are received directly on our WhatsApp business number and stored there.
Data retention
We retain enquiry and order conversations only as long as needed to fulfil your order, provide AMC/ASC support, or as required by law (e.g. GST records).
Data sharing for subsidy applications
If you ask for subsidy/grant support, any documents you share (Aadhaar, Udyam, FSSAI, DPR, etc.) are used only to guide your application and are not shared beyond what the relevant government portal requires.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.
